At Xwaho, we aim to deliver your order efficiently using trusted international suppliers and logistics partners. We operate as a dropshipping store, meaning your order is fulfilled and shipped directly from third-party suppliers and warehouses located worldwide.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes order verification, supplier handling, quality checks, and dispatch.

During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).


2. Estimated Shipping Time

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • United States: 7–25 business days
  • Canada: 10–30 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–25 business days
  • Europe: 7–30 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–30 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–45 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, logistics delays, or external factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Methods

We work with international logistics providers depending on product and destination, including:

  • AliExpress Standard Shipping
  • Cainiao Network
  • ePacket (where available)
  • Local postal carriers
  • Private couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx in selected cases)

The shipping method is automatically selected to provide the most efficient delivery option.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided via email (if available).

Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear in carrier systems.

Some economy shipping methods may offer limited tracking.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees based on your country’s regulations.

These charges are:

  • Not included in product or shipping prices
  • The responsibility of the customer

Xwaho is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import fees.


6. Delays & Shipping Issues

We aim to meet estimated delivery times; however, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Carrier disruptions or strikes
  • High seasonal order volume
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Weather events or force majeure circumstances

Such delays are outside of our control.


7. Incorrect Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect information

Address changes must be requested within 12–24 hours of placing an order.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at:

If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy)

9. Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on supplier availability and warehouse locations.

This is normal for dropshipping orders.


10. Order Changes or Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly after placement.

Changes or cancellations are only possible within 12–24 hours of purchase.

After processing begins, modifications may not be possible.


11. Shipping vs Refund Policy Alignment (Important)

This shipping policy works together with our Refund & Return Policy:

  • Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 1–2 days of delivery with photo/video proof
  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after approval
  • If a refund is approved but not received within 20 business days, customers may contact us for investigation
  • Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify for refunds unless the package is confirmed lost
